Build and maintain high-quality backend services that solve real manufacturing challenges
Own projects end-to-end, from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and drive implementation
Contribute to a culture of engineering excellence through code reviews, mentorship, and best practices
Ensure system reliability, performance, and security in a mission-critical environment

Relocation to the United States, Fremont California is required, TN Visa sponsorship provided

●
Bachelor's degree and professional license (cédula profesional)
●
5+ years of hands-on experience building backend systems in production environments
●
At least 1 year of recent experience with Go; proficiency in Java, C++, or Rust is also valued
●
Solid grasp of backend fundamentals: SQL databases, networking, APIs, and security best practices
●
Strong communication skills and ability to drive technical projects from kickoff to production
●
Advanced English proficiency
●
Background in manufacturing, industrial tech, or enterprise systems
●
Experience with REST or gRPC API design
●
Familiarity with production-critical environments and on-call rotations
