We're looking for a Junior Java Developer in Monterrey to join our engineering team. You'll work alongside experienced engineers building real solutions for enterprise clients, learning fast and contributing from day one.

Write clean, maintainable Java code for enterprise applications under the guidance of senior engineers
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebases, learning the systems as you solve problems
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions about implementation approaches
Build and test features end-to-end, from database queries to API endpoints
Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions

1-2 years of experience writing Java in a professional or academic setting

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and SQL databases
●
Ability to read and understand existing code, ask good questions, and learn quickly
●
Comfortable working in English with distributed teams and clients
●
Hungry to grow, willing to take feedback, and ready to ship real code
