Definity is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee service operations, ensure high-quality delivery, and maintain strong communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. This is a 100% on-site position based in Monterrey, Mexico.
Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Explore and integrate AI-based tools to improve delivery workflows, automate reporting, and enhance team productivity.
Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

3+ years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.

Proven experience managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
●
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, GitHub, and Azure Pipelines.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
●
Familiarity with AI-powered tools.
●
Experience managing software development projects and Microsoft-based technology solutions.
●
Experience leveraging AI for process automation, reporting, and operational decision-making is a plus.
●
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
●
Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
●
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
●
Visa and availability to travel as required.
●
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.
