We're hiring a Software Engineer to build and scale the Blitz Platform, our internal framework that powers rapid delivery for enterprise clients. You'll work with senior engineers to design systems, ship features, and solve real problems that impact how we deliver software at scale.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain core services and APIs that power the Blitz Platform
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable solutions for enterprise workflows
- Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews to maintain quality across the platform
- Debug production issues and optimize performance as the platform grows
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape how we build internal tooling
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of experience building production software with C# and TypeScript. Both languages are required.
- Hands-on experience developing APIs using Web API and gRPC.
- Experience with Docker and web application development using Next.js.
- Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Experience using Claude Code to support software development.
